Reward merchandise items up to 30kg in weight and up to 30" X 30" in size will be shipped via Canada Post. Items which are heavier or larger than these amounts will be shipped via Purolator Express.

We will accept the return and/or replacement of reward merchandise within 30 days following receipt of item by member. All non-defective and or damaged reward items must be in their original packaging, and original sales appropriate condition for a credit or replacement to be issued. If not in said condition they will be returned to the customer.
1 Year Warranty for members
If the original manufacturer warranty is less than 12 months, Club Thrifty Foods shall extend the term provided by the manufacturer warranty to a total of 12 months.
Original manufacturer warranty
Original manufacturer warranty is displayed in the reward description in the online reward catalogue. Original manufacturer warranty applies to all reward merchandise (excluding gift cards & gift certificates). After the 30 Day Initial Period and within the term of the original manufacturer warranty the member is required to resolve warranty matters with manufacturer.
Your reward item(s) will be shipped with a letter providing official proof of purchase for warranty purposes. Please keep this important letter in a safe place.
Reward appears damaged in Shipping
If product appears damaged do not accept delivery from shipping company. Please immediately contact Club Thrifty Foods at 1-888-925-8283 to report your concern.
Product is damaged, and damage is not apparent until delivery is accepted.
Please keep all packaging materials and contact 1-888-925-8283 to report your concern. Club Thrifty Foods will send you a pre-paid return postage label for shipping the damaged item back to us. We will also send you a replacement item for your reward selection.
Wrong reward Or Parts Missing
Please contact Club Thrifty Foods within 48 hours from time of delivery to identify any problem related to a Club Thrifty Foods reward. Please keep all the shipping materials in which your reward was delivered. Club Thrifty Foods will mail a pre-paid return postage label for reward item(s) return. Club Thrifty Foods at will arrange to have the reward picked up and returned at no inconvenience to you.
